This free hands-on workshop invites you to explore a variety of creative techniques including hand-rubbed printmaking, painting, drawing, and collage. Space is limited, registration required. 18+ only

This free hands-on workshop invites you to explore a variety of creative techniques including hand-rubbed printmaking, painting, drawing, and collage. Using stencils, textured materials, and more as a starting point, you'll experiment with layering color, shape, and pattern to create unique works on paper.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own imagery for inspiration (ideas for creating stencil designs will be provided as well) and will have the opportunity to mix and match mediums freely. Whether you're an experienced artist or just curious to try something new, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore.

This workshop is about creative play. No pressure. Just the joy of making. You'll leave with a better understanding of mixed media techniques and approaches, along with a couple of colorful, tactile pieces to call your own.

We'll be using water-based materials that are non-toxic and easy to work with, perfect for getting your hands dirty in the best way.

Participants are asked to wear clothing which will possibly get accidentally colorful, and/or an apron or smock.
